In the following we would like to tell you how we handle your personal data. iPUBLISH only collects, stores and processes data for its own business purposes. As a matter of principle our websites are available to all users, without any personal information being collected. Hence your personal data are exclusively requested, processed and used to the extent required for the purpose of the contract.

If you access our websites, information of a general nature is automatically recorded. This information contains for example the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain names of your Internet service provider and such like. Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this site is usually sent to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. In the case of activation of the IP anonymization on this website, however, your IP address will first be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to render further services connected with the use of this website and the Internet for the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data held by Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, we point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the features of this website. Facebook “I like“ and Twitter “Tweet this“ button

The website uses plug-ins of the social network Facebook. These are exclusively operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (Facebook). Finally, the "Tweet this" button of Twitter, Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA ("Twitter") is used. Facebook and Twitter are hereinafter collectively referred to as "social networks".

When calling up pages where one or more of the above plug-ins is integrated, the browser builds a direct connection to the servers of the social networks. The social networks directly transmit the button to the browser, which then integrates it in the website. By integrating the buttons, the social networks obtain the information that the corresponding page has been accessed. If the visitor is logged to the social networks at the time of his visit, the social networks can assign the visit to the account of the user. If the button is clicked, the corresponding information is directly transmitted by the browser to the social network and stored there.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and further processing and use of data by the social networks and related rights of the user and configuration options for privacy protection can be found in the data protection notices of Facebook and Twitter.

If you want to prevent the social networks from collecting data about yourself, you have to log off from the social networks before visiting these websites.
